Bong Sen Hotel

Our stay at Khách Sạn Bông Sen Đồng Khởi was disappointing overall. To be fair, the front desk staff were helpful and provided good service during check-in, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was with the breakfast dining staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and far below the level of service you would expect from a hotel of this standard, especially when compared to other hotels in the same area. On top of that, the breakfast food selection was limited and not nearly as good as we expected. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential, but poor staff attitude in the dining area really affected our experience. Management should pay closer attention to customer service training and staff professionalism. Sadly, this will be our first and last stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Nice centrally located hotel on Dong Khoi street - right in the center of all options of attractions: the theater, pedestrian street for Bakke performances, revolutionary museum. War Museum, iconic hotels and restaurants. Possibility for money exchange right across to getting 100 meters to the pedestrian street. Great breakfast with both Western and Asian dishes. Nice guitar Sgt ant on the upper floor. , where many locals also sought because of the excellent menu. Rooms fine for a relatively cheap price. Reception Maid and Catering staff skilled e. This is the third time I use the hotel and I am satisfied every time.

The best thing about this hotel is its location; in the heart of the city, literally a minutes walk from the Saigon Opera House. Also, they have an amazing vegetarian restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, with many vegan options. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed.
