Stayed here overnight before transferring to another hotel. We arrived around midnight, wondering why we were dropped off near the marketplace. When we walked to the hotel, the lobby seemed to be closed and some staff were sleeping on the sofas. We had to ring the bell only to find out that the receptionist was sleeping under the reception desk. After paying a few dollars for a room good for 6 people (as long as four people don't mind being in one bed), we headed straight to our room. The corridors smelled like cigarette, but their rooms were clean enough. They had a function hall, a spa, and some of my friends were saying there's a brothel hidden on the uppermost floor too, but I'm not really sure. Some of their staff were friendly (at least the ones in the morning) and even recommended a good restaurant for us. We didn't eat within the hotel, but there are some noodle sellers outside that you ought to try if you're adventurous enough. Their noodles are pretty good for a very cheap price, but if you're too concerned about sanitation, eat somewhere else within the city centre. Our stay was bearable mostly because we weren't really into staying overnight in some fancy hotel and we were on a tight budget, so you really get what you pay for. But it's not a place I'd recommend for most people.

This place actualy looked pretty good on the boking site. Imagine how disappointed we were on arrival. Set just back fom a mainn street in a dodgy area of town patrolled at night by mad dogs & large rats. The reception staff were very unhelpful, the hotel did not feel safe at all and our 3rd floor window looked out onto a part derelict and very old and unused concrete shopping mall or market. Breakfast was awful and we had to keep asking for anything tht resembled edible food! The place was way overdue refurbishment (especialy the bathrooms) and we actually checked out a night early as we just did not enjoy our experience there. The attached Sauna (read brothel) was not a welcome addition to the hotel. My advice - AVOID!
