We planned to stay one week during our vacation in Ho Chi Ming City District 5 at this hotel. However, unfortunately we had to move to a different hotel even though we have already paid for the whole week since the room that was provided to us smelled extremely bad and was filthy. There was mold on the window sills, the mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. The walls were full of stains. The bed sheets and towels also seemed to be very dirty, the fridge was not functioning properly and there was loud construction noise outside of our room. We saw two huge roaches and ants everywhere. However, the worst part was that there was no hot water at all and that we had to use only the cold water that was available to us, ultimately causing me to catch a cold. The receptionist couldn’t help us either due to their hotel policies, and no other vacant rooms were available. All the photos provided here on all the booking websites were completely inaccurate. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place. If I could the hotel won't get any star at all

Newly upgraded hotel, friendly staff. I feel like I'm at home. Thank you very much for serving my family enthusiastically!!! The room price is also very cheap compared to the service received.

Stayed one night during the busimess trip. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. The price was reasonable. Great location and service was good. The buffet breakfast was pretty variable and feed me well. Didnot try the lunch as I left early. I think they change the management as everything was different with the last stay. One good thing I regconized that they even had welcome drink at the reception desk.
