Kingston Hotel

I booked an Executive Double room, check-in 2 hours early with reception support and up to Premium Suite. - Large room, beautiful white tones. The large wall is located for 4-5 people, the bathroom is wide, the floor sucks water very quickly, creating a clean, dry feeling. - There is a kitchen area, refrigerator, sofa, microwave oven, super-speed pot, dryer (negative ion type, this one I liked because at the time few hotels used this type, the old traditional type dried dry and hot), feeling like a smaller apartment. There is no personal kitchen table here, whenever it is needed, the staff will call for support. - Free tea afternoon 14:00-17:00, this set I see temporarily, the cake is not very new, some light fruits. - Floor 9 swimming pool, open from 15:00-18:00 free ice cream (van/socola) + coconut water. I read the review and saw that few people talked about the pool but I felt very well, I was asked by the reception to see what to prepare, too careful. There is a clean towel area for guests to use after swimming. The lake here is very psychological because it divides the small lake for the baby and the large lake for the adults, I love this point! - Free breakfast from 06:00-10:00, this one I haven't experienced because the bed is too good so forget to eat too - Finally, the reception girl wears beautiful glasses, speaks lightly, carefully, thanks to my trip to add more points, the staff also gently blossomed. A great experience for a short vacation!

A&EM Hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and the stay was overall convenient. A solid option if you want to be close to everything.

I won’t recommend neither come back A&EM Saigon Hotel. Guest room small and dirty. Breakfast wasn't really good spread. Staff at the breakfast cafe seems to be so eager to get rating for their services and food and urge guests to do so in google reviews. If A&EM Saigon hotel is good, guest will automatically give good rating for your hotel, there is no need to push your hotel guests to do such things if they don't want to. Street noise, people talk/screaming loudly, dogs barking and loud music. Room slippers has been resued many times as the slippers are badlt stain, dusty and even hair strands left on the room slippers. Interior of the rooms although is very european but is pretty dated! Last day of the stay, decided to stay indoors and was not aware when come back from outside, the contractors were doing noisy works outside the guest rooms for almost 3 hours and no notice to inform until went to the reception to complain about the noise and they staff at the reception say that they weren't aware of any renovations works going on, SERIOUSLY! Bathroom door cannot be shut as the alignment of the door is slanted, amenities were pathetic tiny that a small bottle shampoo (maybe about 10ml), conditioner, shower gel. The night before the last day stay, lift broke down and was last minute told to use another lift located at Nori Modern Izakaya and climb up to 10th in order to access to the guest room. Most certainly will not be back at this hotel what a disappointment… Expensive hotel - there are better places to stay in Saigon.
