Be careful at this hotel because the room service employees steal. Our vacation was extended when they stole my husband's wedding ring; we had to report it at the local police station near the hotel and they told us it is not the first case.

The Acnos Hotel in Saigon is located in a central location. We were greeted warmly and the staff was overall nice and helpful. The hotel was part of our Vietnam tour with the tour company SKR. Unfortunately, our stay in room 209 was very disappointing. The room was dirty, in the shower there was mold and the lighting in the bathroom was extremely dimmed. In addition, there was only a small window that went directly out to several air conditioners. This could not be opened because warm air was constantly blown into the room by the devices. The air conditioning in the room itself was directed directly at the bed, making sleeping barely possible. If you turned it off, the room quickly became a kind of “steam sauna.” Overall, I could sleep for maybe an hour. The hotel was fully booked, so unfortunately no room change was possible. Luckily we only had to spend one night there. The breakfast was fine, but overall I can not recommend the hotel and would not book there again.

This, like two other hotels in Hanoi, was booked on the fly due to a change of program for typhoon in the center. To enter there are a few steps, therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility, you then get to the lobby .. very nice looks good We had the rooms on the 10th floor .. not great but clean enough as well as the bathroom. The friendly staff. Breakfast is served on the 12th floor from which you can enjoy a good view of the city. Varied but not great food
