Nam De Hotel

Worse hotel ever, room was dirty and wasn’t in a living condition and still put guests in there. AC wasn’t working, doesn’t have hot water in the shower. The male receptionist was super rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

We choose to stay there because it is in the city centre, but later we found out that there are more option with the nearer location to the market. Hotel room is small and not properly maintained. On the good side, we were assisted by nice staff to arrange our visit in the city like purchasing ticket for shows, trip to outside of the city, etc.

It was definitely the worst hotel I saw in my life. First of all my 5 friends and I found some huge BUGS in the room that was so DIRTY that we had to put our sleeping bags on the mattress to avoid risks. Moreover the room was too small for our needs. Then the PERSONNEL was really UNPOLITE and did not try to help us at all. In sum, after visiting almost 30 countries in my life I have never witnessed such a bad experience.
