A and Em 8A Thai Van Lung Hotel

Good location, short walk from many of the main sites in HCMC including all the "District 1" highlights. Numerous places to eat close by. Bathroom was a bit dirty, random pair of shoes left in room making us wonder how thorough it was cleaned. Receptionists English was "ok", but had some difficulty when trying to book visits. No big deal were able to do it in town instead

Stay in Saigon one night, we arrive at 5am and ask for early check in, the reception charge me 50% at the price of the room!!!! When we got the room, no body wash and the remote TV not working properly, need to unplug the TV for turn it off. Breakfast, the worst ever!! Only the location it's good. Won't be back there again, the doorman was helpful and polite but the staff in breakfast and reception office are terrible.

Arrived here after a 5 hour flight delay at 2.30am. All I wanted was a nice sleep but my bed sheets and pillows were all STAINED. The reception staff the following morning did NOTHING. My complaint emails were not replied to, the staff didn't care. A very dirty room and terrible breakfast also. For the price of 1'250'000 VND, this is the biggest rip off and undoubtedly WORST room I have stopped in in Vietnam - I have stopped in hostels better than this. Poor wifi, room full of bugs and worst of all - they don't even give you clean sheets!
