Cam Ly Boutique Apartment & Hotel

The staff was amazing. The hotel really felt like a home away from home. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfy. Whenever back in Budapest, I would book this hotel again. We liked evetything. I like hotel

I stayed there two years ago, room was great for the price. This year (10/2016), I booked another room and really disappointed. The smell is too bad, it seems that it was full of mold. The AC is not cool but water is leaking from it. Bathroom drainage is too slow. The only unchanged thing is the price.

I arrived late at night with a lot of luggage and staff simply refused to help carry them upstairs by just ignoring me (I'm a five feet tall Asian who weighs 100 lbs). I had to make three trips up and down the stair cases to take them all up, only to find out that the AC didn't work. No elavator is already the biggest flaw since there are so many steps to climb. I checked out of the hotel the next morning and went to the one next door ( Phuc Khang hotel) that was much cheaper. This one surprisingly had an elevator that worked promptly, and it was pretty too! The room I had initially gotten was small and run down but sufficient enough. I then decided to upgrade to a larger room which was much nicer and more spacious. I would recommend all of you guys to stay in this one instead. Little lady at front desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a safe vibe and I liked that. At the end of the day, I got to stay in a big, nice room in a hotel that had an elevator and AC for a cheaper price than the basic, small room I got at camly hotel!
