Evergreen Hotel

the only good thing that i have to say about this hotel is that it is clean! but..... climbing very steep stairs to the reception the elevator meant for midgets! there are plenty of rooms without a window! (make a good choice!) the crossroads where the hotel is located is so noisy, that you will NOT have a good rest! the hotel owners are stingy. they will supply a double room with a single piece of soap! there is no electric kettle to boil water. the A/C unit in the room' might hardly cool your room. the decoration is old and tired! this is NOT a 3-star hotel.

After reading reviews on booking.com I booked this hotel for 3 nights. At this price, pretty decent and clean. Did not have any issues. The only improvement could be less thick pillows. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment, ends a bit early at 9am.

We used Evergreen for both stays in Ho Chi Minh. The room we booked was a Superior room and found it a very well presented room both stays. The hotel offers tour planning and breakfast included in the price. The area's food places shut down by about 11pm except for street food which goes on for a few hours later. Even though we were on a main road the traffic did not disturb is at all when we were trying to sleep. The staff were very helpfully and most of them spoke enough english for is to communicate easily.
