This is an authentic family run hotel, The rooms are clean and tidy with daily housekeeping, the staff were very kind and attentive and always willing to assist The breakfast on offer was incredible with a great selection of dishes cooked fresh every morning The chef has incorporated both east and western cuisine into his menu Staying at Hoa Phat was a great experience and I can promise I will be staying again when in HCMC again

Room prices are expensive Out of room 400 Room 400 but ground room is not reasonable Looks old And it smells bad because it hasn't been lived in for a long time If you go to a family room, you can use a tiny room for 500 The other room has a broken bed The price of 400 is reasonable because the room is not worth the price Hotels should reconsider prices with service quality

was ok, but really poor. a nice big room, dated, some things weren't functioning. Only a kettle and a fridge, not even knives or forks or plates. Staff were nice enough, but hardly any English. it suited us because we had work that side of town, but otherwise wasn't worth it. Pool was great. no western food options nearby, supermarket maybe kilometre away. lots of street food if that is your call.
