I have holiday and travelled through out Vietnam for 8 years this was my 5 trip to Ho Chi Minh. We visited he hotel first to inspect, level 5 had a damp smell and we check a another room on floor 2...

They don't fix things, ask and it takes days ! Wifi didn't work took 4/5 days to sort advertised as free wifi, needed this for emails etc. Tell them about problems and they just say tomorrow...
