Throughout our stay, the staff made sure we were pampered by being amiable, attentive, and going above and beyond. In particular, Kevin from the reception crew took excellent care of us, which made our days simpler and more pleasurable. His care improved every aspect of our stay, from well-considered suggestions to individualized attention. This hotel is always such a wonderful experience. Strongly advised for those looking for first-rate hospitality in a cozy, elegant environment.

We had dinner at La Brasserie restaurant for a buffet feast. We dined in coincidentally with a weddinh feast but that did not even affect our experience. We were able to enjoy the 'Face Switching' show at 7:30pm on a seasonal basis this month, what a luck! It should be mentioned that La Brasserie does organise thematic variation of their buffet monthly, so each month there is something to look forward. There were two incidents happened to us this visit that must have ruined our day, but the Assistant Manager - Mr. Than solved it with delicacy and true hospitality. When my pre-booked voucher was not displayed on the phone as it should have been, he proactively sort out this techincal problem in a glance. Furthermore, I preserved today for the porchetta but the seasional variations took it place. My sorrow was just about to rise when he gently offered a treat (in our picture) from the restaurant for that dish's absence. Those approaches came in a hospitable and dedicated way in a context that they were at capacity due to the wedding and sunday night feast for many guests which really moved me.
