Once this would have been a Grand hotel, however time has seen it become tired and in need of a revamp. But at my rate of 600k, I feel it is very good value. The rooms are BIG, all with windows, and despite the room looking tired (decor wise), everything is clean and tidy. This place is a good 30 min walk from the town centre, but there are still plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and its a nice quiet location. If breakfast is included, great; but don’t pay extra for it.

Ky hoa hotel has become my frequent stay since 2023. There's nothing exciting about this hotel except there're a lot of special events hosted there. That means the buffet restaurant will be flooded with guests from the events around breakfast time. You literally have to fight for a seat 😂😂😂. Food: 7/10. Food selection at the buffet is limited but quality is good. I love Vietnamese style buffet. Cleanliness and sanitation: 5/10. Average. I found mold in the shower. It’s easily treated with clorox. I also found a live cockroach on the floor of the restaurant while having my breakfast. Last year I had to make a complaint about someone smoking in the elevator. Staff: 9/10. Friendly and nice. Price: 7/10. Affordable. I paid $31/night. Breakfast included. Should I recommend Ky Hoa hotel? Cautiously yes.

Not good for vegetarians. No breakfast options available. . Dont serve water free.. They say it is complementary but we were charged for it. Bad experience for us. Would not recommend the hotel to my colleagues
