My Anh Hotel

Good location but a) swapped to sister hotel b) asked us to cancel on-line booking c) downgraded room d) refused credit card e) charged for water f) no breakfast. Too many choices to return here. Buyer beware

I asked my friend to book for the new year's eve so we can enjoy the fireworks in saigon. The pictures in their website are gorgeous and price is seemingly high because of the occasion. We booked and were very disappointed because the place is not whatsoever similar to the website. They use pictures from different branch and the rooms are very small and furniture and facilities are mostly broken. I can't believe this is happening. I wont recommend this hotel EVER!

It was humble experience staying in this hotel, I moved to another hotel at midnight. The front desk staff tried to cheat on me, and the ants were found all around in a room including my bags and clothes. I am really into Saigon trip but not here. I wont stay here again and recommend to anyone.
