As soon as you enter is to sign the rule not to dirty towels, not to turn off the bathroom,... I think this is not like a service house, but a private reception house full of difficult rules. Room, location is pretty good, but if you like comfort, it doesn’t seem to be the hotel for you.

Worse experience ever. Staff is rude and they truly are out to scam you out of money any which way they can. We traveled extensively trough Vietnam for 44 days without any issues at any other hotel but this one. When it was time to check out they sen someone to check on the room. So we were waiting then the girl at the front says you made a towel dirty you have to pay. I looked at her dumbfounded I said how did we make the towel dirty? We simply dried sour bodies and faces with towels nothing else. She escorts us into the room starts looking at all the towels at first she finds nothing and doesn’t understand then she starts pointing at random stains (normal stains by the way) on the towels saying this stain and what about that stain. Then she demanded we clean it ourselves or pay them more money. My husband kept saying this makes no sense there is nothing wrong with this towels she kept insisting I grabbed the towel put it in the sink and started washing it by hand she kept insisting not clean good enough. It was truly quite the situation but at that point I refused to give them any more money and would have gladly called the police if she kept insisting. She made a phone call to someone and said yeah you go now.
