Tan Hai Long 3

We stayed for four nights at the Roseland Point Hotel. The first night there they put us on the third floor. The windows in the hallway of the third floor open to a brick wall that is the back wall of a night club. The music vibrates all throughout the rooms. It is LOUD. We asked to be moved and they moved us to the 9th floor. You could not hear the music from that floor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is fairly central to Ho Chi Minh city. It was a safe area and the staff was very friendly. We would stay there again…just not on the third floor.

The Roseland Point Hotel is a 5-min walk to the Mekong River and 10-min to the best floating restaurants. It is also located a block from the center of the city where celebrations focus, like Time Square. Safe, clean, comfortable rooms. Supermarkets and restaurants with good prices and menus are located on both sides of the hotel. Great staff!

I booked under the hotel via Agoda for a future stay in SGN but have to cancel due to medical related illness for us travelling to Vietnam. Unfortunately the management of the hotel has been VERY INCONSIDERATE not to consider my appeal for a refund.
