Restaurant gets crowded during breakfast. Pool is not well maintained. Area surrounding the hotel is extremely crowded and chaotic. Corridors smell of smoke. Me and my family are a part on the Veena World Group and we checked in Room no 525 (2 adults and 1 child - 12 years old). At the time of check in on June 5, 2026 we were given 2 Room Keys. Unfortunately we lost both the room Keys. At the time of check out on June 7, 2026, we were unfairly charged 3 lakh VND for 3 keys. My, my tour manager and the local guide tried to explain to the Front Desk Executive that we were given only 2 Room Keys and we should be charged 2 lakh VND. But the executive was adamant, rude, arrogant and not helpful and told us that if we don't pay immediately, the passport of tour manager will be retained. I asked for his manager but to no avail. I tried taking a complaint form but they gave me an email ID to lodge my complaint. It is not a Matter of 1 lakh VND but a matter of untruth. The front desk team relied on false claims and unfairly charged us an extra 1 lakh VND

The experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was a noticeable sense of discrimination based on race and country. The senior lady at reception was particularly rude. Despite traveling with three small children, our request for even a one-hour early check-in was denied. The refusal was not an issue but the way in which they communicate is what even hurts more and was blatantly racist. They also refused to offer even a single room as a temporary arrangement, which was quite frustrating given the circumstances. As for the rooms and facilities, they are very outdated and appear to be well past their prime. The bathroom fixtures—including the shower, taps, and switches—are extremely old and in urgent need of renovation. The only positive aspect of our stay was the restaurant. The food was good, and the restaurant staff were courteous and pleasant, which stood in stark contrast to the front desk experience. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

Not a great location, busy with scooters and noisy, few coffee and decent restaurant options nearby. Crowded with tourists bus customers,we were some of these, the rooms are very tired and need a huge update. Large rooms tho, just very jaded and dated. Beds we found very hard.We stayed 3 nights and the same dirt and debris on the corridor carpets was there the whole time- no vacuuming at all. The policy is 1 key only per room and this is very inconvenient when there are 2 guests doing different things.Very inflexible about this “ rule.” Breakfast 3 star and very crowded with greedy and rude patrons.TV didn’t work at all the last 24 hours. Bar ran out of both red and white wine during our stay. Slow staff service and hopeless working out bills and payments.Pool area in dire need of an update. You get what you pay for, so pay a bit more and stay in a clean room, in a better area with more amenities closeby. A good management team or modern chain could overhaul this place and make it far better if they instill higher standards.
