Small hotel in a lane. Breakfast is too simple. Small eating area. Far away from Saigon Central. I usef this hotel because it is close to my workplace when I on worktrip. If you are looking for fabulous holiday and fun, this hotel is not your choice.

I am not too picky, but my experience at Kim Yen was just awful. Hotel is not dirty per se, but as you enter the reception, it smelled so bad that we wanted to turn around and leave. Unfortunately it was late night and I had already paid for the room online. The elevator smelled even worse (I am sure they are aware of this because there were 2 deodorants on the elevator floor, which didn't help). Our room smelled too, of something like rotten food, trash, of dirty socks, couldn't really tell but I could smell it all night long even with the A/C/ on. We did not have the included breakfast because I couldn't bare to be in the ground floor where they supposedly serve breakfast. Another problem was that we booked a 'Premium deluxe' room which on Agoda says it has 3 beds ad is 29 sq meter big, but we got a regular room. I think all rooms are pretty much the same size so they should adjust the booking options on Agoda.

Small hotel in small street. No AC in the reception area. I got the room on the 6th floor. Room is clean with shower, no tub.v you can get a bigger room with tub. They offered free breakfast but I opted for no breakfast. Price is decent starting 450,000 dong+ per night. Front desk is okay. Lot of food nearby. Street is very busy around 3-6pm. Hotel near airport, about 15 minutes without traffic.
