We have just returned for our fourth stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and once again it did not disappoint. The level of service here is consistently excellent, and it’s clear the staff take great pride in their work. A special mention must go to Mr. Long, one of the bellmen, who truly stands out. He is always available to assist, incredibly friendly, and speaks good English, which makes communication easy for our group. His professionalism and warm approach are a big part of why we continue to return year after year. Staff like Mr. Long make all the difference, and he is a real credit to the hotel. We were so excited when he did our airport pick up We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

One of TPHCM's first large hotels and part of the Saigontourist system, the first resembles a resort in the middle of the city with many restaurants and accessories. Although the material base is much older, sound insulation is not good, but in general it is also fine. Central location of the Xinping area, near District 3 and Phu Nhu Nhu.

Our family loved this hotel. We stayed here again for the 2nd year as a family of 6. The rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. We notice this summer they did some upgrade with new carpet by the room hallways, new bathtubs and toilets which is a bonus! The staff (especially the gentlement in red uniforms) are incredible and extra helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet (love Vietnamese fresh yogurt) to die for. We will definitely come back to First Hotel on our 2027 vacay! Keep up with execellent service, First Hotel!!!
