Hoi An Pacific Hotel Spa

This property is new and looks very smart . Staff very friendly, helpful and anxious to please. There are lots of free deals which was great, noodles, massage. I thought when I booked the room was bigger the pictures can be deceiving but then again I should have read the description more closely. No where to put a suitcase other than on the ground which left little space to move around. Unfortunately the beds are very hard, there's no kettle, no surface to place anything in the bathroom, and only one hook to hang things, no where to hang wet bathers etc. We were asked not hang items from the balcony which is fair enough but there should be more drying options. Breakfast was ok, beach opposite is great, . Free bikes were great . Overall it was OK. I think the staff were great.

Very impressive modern hotel , good rooms , nice pool , it’s own predicate beach just over the road , good quality buffet breakfast ( small but tasty ) and free shuttle service ... the main reason I would recommend this place , although 15 mins out of hoi an town is the staff , great quality interactions , service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble !!! Highly recommended

For less than $45 (USD) a night, we enjoyed the "superior king with ocean view room." Our room was in the 5th floor and we could barely see the ocean beyond the trees, so we recommend requesting a 6th floor room if you want to see the ocean. This resort was special because it included a lot of perks. Free breakfast, free all you can eat pho at night, free bike rental, free sauna, free onsen, and free 40 min massage. I used the sauna and onsen everyday. After pulling my back in Saigon, that spa helped my back recover quickly in only a few days. One of the days we had to leave prior to breakfast service for a tour and the staff packed us food for the road. It was very sweet and thoughtful! We liked the wifi, AC, water pressure, and the quality of the linens. I slept very well here. The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and their private beach to relax. The only downside to this resort was that the restroom didn't have air vents. And the windows don't have screens. We wanted to get fresh air without letting in mosquitoes, but they also didn't have mosquito nets for the bed. We would stay here again. All in all, it was a great place to relax in a quite part of town along the beach. We feel very well taken cared of and we're grateful we can afford to stay here.
