Barcelona Hotel Nha Trang

Absolutely terrible and disrespectful owner. I flew to rest with the hope of getting enough sleep and enjoying the sea. This hotel was undergoing renovations that started at 7:00am and ended at 9:00am. sleep during this interval is impossible. we tried to talk, but it didn't help. after that I don't want to go back to Vietnam anymore.

On arrival at this Hotel I climbed up the steep steps to ask for assistance with our luggage only to be met by an extremely Rude, Aggressive young man!! We got no help but my husband did manage eventually to bring the cases up. Meanwhile I tried to checkin showing my passports and booking confirmation. He eventually gave me an old key card with the room number inked in pen and wrapped in dirty torn cling film meanwhile he kept shouting and pointing. We felt quite anxious but were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room as it was a good size, plenty of storage space, kettle, safe and toiletries, but the bed mattress was like a board. Next morning we were met by nice staff at breakfast and at reception. The Hotel is in a good central position just a pity about the young man on arrival. He is the main reason I cannot recommend this property.

We stayed for two nights (German and Chinese) and we'll... We had a big room and a bathtube and no shower. located in the third row, so the described balcony with seaview means a look through the skycrapers. Breakfast very simple, not really enjoyable. The stuff never smiled, so we decided to move to other hotel.
