Copac Hotel

Hotel is in a good location and the hotel isn't bad. Not a place I would stay for a week or so if I had the choice and wanted to relax. Room was basic. Water from the shower covers the whole bathroom floor. Small lift. Nice breakfast area on a high floor with a good view. Staff OK but English communication was challenging when wanted to pay the night before an early departure. Had to resort to Google translate. Some staff more friendly than others. Some certainly need some training on how to treat guests properly. Lastly, when I was there it was an issue to open some doors to some rooms. The locks did not work well & there is a special knack to open them!

Copac is great! We had a room with two big windows with sights to the sea and mountains. Location is good for people who want to live in calm place. Service is good. They have all you need: 19 liters water, ventilator, conditioner, food. A shower in our room was just the best. I’ve never met the shower like this, so soft. Thank you! Nice to be in Nha Trang next winter:)

We stayed at Copac Hotel for two nights while in Nha Trang and we were quite disappointed with the service we received. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and near the main restaurant strips so is in a good location. The rooms were tidy, clean and spacious however our shower had no hot water. Breakfast was average, cold by the time we got there and not a lot of food left. During our stay there was also a large tour group staying at the hotel (over 60 people) who were certainly the staff's priority and we were treated as insignificant. When we tried to check out on our last day the elevators were so busy we had no choice but to walk down eight flights of stairs with our bags, which the staff saw but did not offer to help. There was always plenty of staff at the front desk but none spoke strong enough English to communicate with and were never willing to go out of their way for us. This is what let us down.
