I arrived off a sleeper bus from Hoi An at 4.30 am and was able to check in to my room early (at an extra cost of 100K) It is super close to the beach and many bars and restaurants near by. The AC worked perfectly and the TV in the room had a few English stations on it However, if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for an early morning rise. The windows do not keep out light very well and there is a lot of noise from very early in the morning (a lot of which I think was coming from the staff downstairs playing music at 6am!!) The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows we're hard as rocks and there were a few stains on the sheets too! It wasn't a terrible room but for €10 a night I suppose you can't expect absolute luxury. Although I've stayed in better quality hotels for the same price or less.

We stayed here for 11 nights. We stayed on the first floor in the big room with the big bay window looking onto the street and it was nice and bright. The owners were extremely helpful and informative. Good location with lots of nice restaurants and beach close by.
