in Room 502 bite insect-BUGS numbers do not meet sanitary standards. The receptionist did not take steps to move to a normal room. I strongly do not recommend this room for booking!!!!! To be fair, I asked a few guests from other floors they had no problem. After 1st night, when they chewed my leg off, I didn't realize it had happened in the room, but then every morning I started scratching wildly those bites that came out by morning. They were really itchy. Every morning I'd wake up with a new sprinkle of bites-neck, tender places-chest, back, legs, lower back, armpit area. I examined the bed and found a corpse of a bug, right on the bed linen. ran to the reception, showed bites, insect. I was sent a local strange woman, who sprayed from the doorstep just sprayed 2-3 times in the air. I tried to explain that it would not help, she shook her head violently and apparently wanted to show that you cannot spray much (but it is not mosquitoes. the spray will not save. and did not. the bathroom window rusted and did not close, everything was aired out instantly ). after 2 nights of agony, naturally nothing stopped I went to the reception again. The administrator was skewed simply by my pleas for action, for relocation, and by my saying I was not happy. They did absolutely nothing. Just ignored. My holiday was ruined (I didn't have the money to pay extra for moving to another hotel.).I went to bed terrified every night. days spent combing. in the pharmacy bought spray bites to process, but it didn't help.I slept with the lights on, it didn't help either... They came into the room every day. made my bed. folded towels. (probably changed, but it wasn't clear already - they're all dirty grey, stained like the bed linen itself). I'm not sure that the bed linen was even changed before moving in - but I don't know that for sure. (probably all did.) I mopped the floors myself after I found black hair everywhere and broom residue (apparently just sweeping what). Nothing's missing from the good room just now. The staff is good in that regard. I can't say anything bad about them. Apparently the broom cleaning format is the norm for them. If it weren't for bedbugs I would say that this hotel is possible to go to. it is budget. everything nearby that is needed in the first line is available. I'm not so choosy, I knew about where I was going, what to expect, but I can't help but describe my torment and not taking action, purely to let people know that there is such an extremely terrible factor you can face. They didn't write about bedbugs anywhere. maybe shy, maybe lucky and didn't get caught-You decide to go here or not. With bedbugs here is unbearable. it will be hell, not vacation. without them the conditions for 2* (it is not 3 stars objectively) are acceptable relatively. dirty, simple, but liveable. and even possible to leave on a positive. But I wouldn't trust the rave reviews either... There are a lot of hotels nearby, right around each other you can, etc. options to see if there is a choice.. 502号房间里有会叮咬人的昆虫。房间卫生状况不达标。前台人员也未采取任何措施为客人更换到条件合适的房间。 强烈建议不要预订这个房间!！！！！ 这存在健康隐患!！！！

Great hotel for your money! Rested in June for 14 nights. Was in all categories of rooms - Standard, Superior and Deluxe. The main part of the rooms overlook the wall of a nearby hotel or the courtyard, there is no clear view, only the noise from the street can be heard. Took the most budgeted room on tour. However, on arrival decided to chic and take a room with a sea view. Arranged a price tag of $18 a night extra cash. Not a bit spared, the holiday is a whole other level with sea view: you open the curtains, and you have sea view and coconut palm trees ale Bounty - beauty! There are only 9 such rooms in the entire hotel, ending in *01 facing them with balcony, panoramic window and central road, as all hotels first line. Lived in rooms 501, 801, 901. The 5th floor is noisier and the view is worse. The advice is to go above the numbers. I liked the 801 rooms, because in 901 on the extreme 9th floor the balcony is very much already and there is no panoramic window, regular balcony door and window. All rooms are pretty clean overall. If you just spend the night, you can dispense with standard rooms, but not lower than the 5th floor, there is a strong noise from the street. Cleaning for Asia is good, a couple of times didn't come true. It is better to put a reminder for the cleaners - you need cleaning (there is a button in every room). Water 1 litre per night, in-room soap, shampoo, body gel, hairdryer, hygiene kit, slippers, safe, TV with Vietnamese channels. Lived earlier near "Lotus" in another hotel, so the location of this hotel liked better. It is almost the south of Nha Trang, hotels are few already and, accordingly, the beaches are relatively sparsely populated. You can walk another 200-300 meters south, there will be almost no one there at all. Definitely recommend the hotel, especially if there are no special wishes for the level of service

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. How about a nice clean spacious room with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening to a large balcony overlooking the Beautiful South China Sea for a price $100 or more LESS than the major hotels along the strip. Can't beat it! English well spoken by reception. They are also very happy to help you with any of your plans.
