Green Peace

Doesn't look much, first impression, what have I booked..... this little hotel is a little gem, perfectly located, 2-3 minute walk to the beach, right in the heart of town, noisy during the day but much better at night, I sleep no problem. You can't be in the centre of where it all happens and it be silent right ? Breakfast is served every day and there's a reasonable choice, not being able to get coffee refills are a problem to me though. My room is cleaned adequately every day with fresh towels, the shower is rarely hot but never freezing cold, there's a TV fridge and safe. I would have no problem staying here again. The staff are warm and friendly, the manager Tram gives me a laugh every day, very sweet young lady. Other than the shower and the coffee, it's a perfect little base.

We arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in, and we asked to go to the room because it was available and they asked us for 80% of the price of one night if we wanted to get in a little early. I can understand they ask for a certain quantity but 80% just seems rude to me. The receptionist, vien and the manager Van tried to get money of us just for arriving a little bit early. The first time it happens this in Asia for us at least

Ok I only paid just over £50 for my three night stay and for that price I wasn't expecting much but what I was expecting was for the facilities in the room to be functional. There wasn't any hot water in the shower room, it was lukewarm at best and the safety deposit didn't work either. I was told it was because the batteries were flat and they would put new ones in the next day but that never happened. The rooms are clean and the staff were all very friendly but if I ever went back to Nha Trang I wouldn't stay here again.
