Hai Yen Nha Trang

An average hotel with mostly inattentive staff and the place needs a makeover.i wanted some information and the guy at the desk wasn't much help. the toilet was an issue with a torn towel and stale musty odor. Breakfast was just acceptable

Unfortunately I have no choice but to stay here during a business trip. Our business partner told us that it's an old hotel named Hai Yen which was recently re-branded without much changes in quality and they were right. The hotel is so old except for the mattress and pillows. The staffs there do not know how to run a decent hotel. It is a shame to call this a 3 star hotel. Basically, just don't stay here.

Nice hotel which was right on the beach so very handy. Staff were friendly and booked a taxi when we wanted it. Breakfast was average. Wifi was quite strong which was handy. Good value for money considering where it was based. Didnt really like Nha Trang, full of Russians and not much to do there apart from Vina Pearl which was amazing!
