Nha Trang Lodge Hotel

2nd year I take this beautiful suite with 2 toilets for 3 weeks. You pay for the room for the view that's beautiful but spoiled by the dirty windows I reported the year before. There's rust on the inside railings of the room. the cleaning is done roughly, the crumbs under the coffee table for 3 days... towels available for the beach....when there's a break, they take back the ones that were used, dry it in the sun and give them back, when they're still wet, they say it's moisture. pool non smoking...except for the one who works there!!! there are only 24 deckchairs per 6 every 2 hours from 8am to 2pm available for more than 130 rooms!!!!! You have to wait in line at 8:00 am , customers are there 45 minutes before, great holidays! and to top it all off, at the time of check out, we were delayed by what was missing a bottle opener.....while I don't drink alcohol! the receptionist asked us to go back into the room, see with the housekeeper who was not there, we went back down to let her know and told us to go back up!!! we refused for fear of missing our plane. It's a hotel for a Russian clientele, everything is done for them. He clearly lacks management, the only professional I've seen is the manager of the restaurant. Anyway, this is the last time for me.

My wife I had checked in Nha Trang Lodge for 3 weeks starting mid-August 2025. We enjoyed our sea facing small room with a single King Bed very much as we always did every time we had a chance to spend time here. We knew the hotel staff well and they knew us, especially the front desk. It’s part of our renewed honeymoon and we always invited our daughter who lives in Nha Trang to come and have breakfast with us in the hotel several times a week. On the third week, we were waiting in a CROWD for an elevator to go up to the restaurant. We heard a loud voice coming from a VERY experienced staff member at the front desk, a distance away from us at the elevator – quote unquote: “WHO IS THIS WOMAN?”. My wife answered him in a low, polite voice and she really thought that he was just curious while she was wondering why he asked such the question in a loud manner from a far away distance like he did with an irritating, annoying and unsmiling face. Then the next question followed up from him, also in a loud voice – quote unquote: “IS SHE GOING TO SLEEP HERE TONIGHT?”. My wife was shocked but she said politely NO. He immediately turned around without saying a word and proceeded to do whatever he was doing before he asked those two questions. That was very RUDE and by that time it occurred to me that he was very casual in asking as if he was just ROUTINELY followed hotel instructions without getting proper training in how to treat or talk to guests in such sensitive questions, at the very least, not asking like a police questioning loud in public across the front desk to the elevator waiting area. The treatments to hotel guests trump everything else as guests must be cordially treated with respect, and hotel staff should receive some trainings in such matters.

Hotel in the center, a stone's throw from Thap Tram Huong, symbol of Nah Trang. Just cross the street and you are on the wonderful beach! The room is very large, really spacious, but the most beautiful thing is the sea view... really speechless. We had a room with balcony and windows all around and the 360 ° sea view is indescribable in words and no photo makes. Staff is friendly, and you can rent from them the scooter for excursions to the Towers of Ponagar and the Long Son pagoda (which I recommend to reach this way). The location and the view deserve 10!!!! But.........despite the size of the room and the extraordinary and unique view, the whole hotel needs a total renovation, the room is obsolete as well as the bathroom needs a complete renovation. The breakfast is in our opinion quite poor, not only was there almost nothing sweet but what little there was was really low quality and in fact, after trying it the first morning, we decided to take it out.
