The hotel staffs are very unfriendly, esp are Receptionists who worked on 7& 8 Oct 2016. Why assigned room already but not right as my requested although I was confirmed by her. Then, no say sorry... No give breakfast voucher and introduce the hotel services. I never come back & recommend to my friends about the terrible things.

We stayed at Olympic Hotel for three nights. There was a rat or another animal crawling around under the ceiling in the bathroom. The shower was behind the door, and the drain on the other side of the room behind the toilet! So the entire floor was flooded for like an hour every time we showered. Also there was no hot water. The towels are rough as sandpaper. The beds are really nice though! Soft and comfortable. The pool was really nasty! It was so dirty and almost milk coloured.

Honestly, in 2013 I were there, I did not impress anything about Olympic Nha Trang. But my last trip to Nha Trang in December,2015 , I went back here, I was actually very impressed and happy to be here. Why? Beside affordable price and clean room, I would love to highlight some of my positive experience: First of, the staff were so nice and so helpful now compare to my first visited - more Staff understand and speak English. Some staffs they even know some basic Arabic which is awesome! Second, I actually ordered food here twice and I enjoyed the dishes so much! I forgot what was it but overall, I like the food here a lot! Third, I heard that the Hotel is under new management, thats why they are very organize, fast check in, and they really push their customer service !! Overall, this is my newest update, I had good time here, I like it here and I will come back :)
