The Light 4 Hotel

The restaurant and hotel are located on the less busy and fancy part of the beach, it has a nice locationbut food was medocre and the order was mixed up several times, we specifically asked gor spring roll withour shrimps but got shrimps... the service is pleasant and the only good mesl was a beef " bumbo nambo" but supposedly they had only one portion... there is so many hood places in Nha Trang like Lanterns that this was a waste of one meal...

As you can see above it's the worst hotel I've ever faced with. But let me describe everything step by step. The first thing I'd like to note is the content doesn't meet the reality. We've booked a suit room but we're dissatisfied with its quality. I can definitely say that Bamboo House Hotel (also 3*) has deluxe rooms that are much better than suit ones that the Light 4 offers. But let's skip this moment it isn't the most interesting thing I'd like to share with you. Trying to checking in we have found that we are happy owners of the room on the floor that was being redecorated. It is nice, isn't it? We have managed to get the room on another floor but unpleasant aftertaste has left. Needless to say, that service in general wasn't so good as desired. Strictly speaking, it was terrible. Even more, only 2 receptionist speak either Russian or English. The rest of two speak only Vietnamese. Shortly about other moments: beach towel weren't provided, room cleaning wasn't so good as desired and etc. It's time to speak about pluses. I've counted only one: breakfasts were good enough. To summarize, will never return to this hotel!

The accommodation was alright however worse then the photos shown on website! Breakfast was alright. However The staff were terrible, rude and so unhelpful. They couldn't answer any of our questions, couldn't even provide us with a map.Wouldn't return!
