Absolutely an awsome place. Felt epically welcome, Ryan and his staff were beyond anything I could have imagined. Spending my entire time at this location. It's that friendly and an absolute pleasure to stay and know these people. Would sincerely recommend this place. But shoosh don't tell too many people I don't want it booked out for my return.

We enjoyed our stay here, kids loved the pool. Great that towels for pool are provided. Rooms were clean, toothbrush, tooth paste and shower stuff was provided. Don't allow hand-wash in room, have to use in-house laundry service. Walking distance from Hoi An old town.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December. it was in a good location to the town core. It looks old but actually built in 1997. We were part of a tour group of 18. Check in went quick. The front end staff was always very friend. We were on the second floor. there is no elevators. So you will have to pack your bags up the stairs. It was 3 stories tall. So if you have problems lifting your bags I would recommend asking for a room on the Botton floor. Our room was a fair size but very plain. We had king bed. It was comfortable. Bedding fit the bed and was actually kind bedding not like other hotels we had been at. Walls are paper thin but if you had the AC on you couldn't hear much. All rooms had a horrible smell to the point were you wanted to puke. Bathrooms were ok at least clean but nothing special. Corner rooms seem to have 2 doors. I did a bed bug check how I had read they had them in the last 6 months. Couldn’t find any signs of them. So I was a very happy girl. The rooms were very clean. Very nice pool with a cold temp which is perfect for how hot it was but not nice if you wanted an evening swim. Wifi was horrible on the second floor so I can only imagine how bad it was on the 3rd floor. There was a restaurant on site but was never busy. You could rent bikes across the street which was very handy to get to the Rice Patty Fields.
