Hoi An Garden Villas

My boyfriend and I stayed here 4 nights, originally booking a twin room as this was all that was available at our short notice. The host of the homestay was so lovely, and as soon as she realised we were a couple, she offered to move us rooms after our first night when a double room became available at no extra cost. The accommodation was located just off a busy Main Street, with restaurants/supermarkets/clothes shops right outside. About a 10 minute walk from the main old town and rivers with the boats. You can buy drinks from reception, and book tours through them. We booked a coconut boat tour which was good value and picked us up from the hotel. She also booked our onward travel to the next location for us, she was extremely helpful and even gave us a map of the local area. Both rooms we had were okay. Air con worked well, and shower was hot. Beds were fine and neighbourhood was quiet. We had laundry done by the host which was decent value and ironed and folded for us. We also rented bikes from her which were cheap. Overall, a good stay. Decent accommodation for what you pay for it, and good for a few nights when passing through. Thank you to the host for being so friendly and helpful!

Lovely sweet host and very helpful with renting motorbike and getting taxi to Da Nang. Room great for the price. Location a bit far but also suited us fine :) would stay again if in Hoi an and would recommend

Listed as free breakfast on TripAdvisor and added 2$ breakfast on booking.com. While there they told us to go down the street for breakfast. Nice rooms otherwise. We booked 1h in advance so they where really confused when we got there. Free bicycles was nice to go to the town market with.
