We pay room have a/c. they give for ur the room 401. We stay there waiting for 1hour, a-c not work. I complained with security then he changed us to room 403. All the same...we need stay room have a/c. Why we pay for hotel including a/c. If don’t have a/c, bester u can’t welcome guest. U want to take money from guests but u give bad service for them. The last time i come here. If u want book cheap hotel and good in hoi an (the same money i pay here). I think u don’t book it. So bad!

One of the best deals you can find in Hoian. We were very happy to find this affordable hotel in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the old town. Nice swimming pool is a plus. Staff is friendly, they offer advice and help for everything, including booking tours and buses. You can also rent mopeds right from the hotel. Really convenient.

The room was dirty, bed sheets covered with different spots and hairs. Shower and furniture were broken or in bad conditions. We felt pretty disgusted. It is a real pity because the position is good and the receptionist is really polite and helpful.
