Went with my wife and young family . Power went out during the night , mouldy walls , staff spoke no English. Can't recommend it to anyone. It does have a great view of the bay being on a hill top 1km from Halong bay and was cheap.

Rooms in poor condition, hot water for shower ran out, arrived 15mins into breakfast time, all available food eaten. No replacement. To be avoided at all cost. Very little English spoken, and very inattentive reception staff to guest requests.

Yes, this place offers a great view but that's the only good point.the room are not clean and the bed very uncomfortable. The staff was not very friendly and helpfull either. It could be a nice place if they make some changes and take care better of their place and of their customers.
