Its just a terrible hotel Rooms are old and dirty Waiting time for the elevators is too long, and after complaining, is nothing done Classic management. Staff are not very helpful Food is not good, and it's pretty much everything else I dont know why they charge that much There are much better options nearby

This hotel have the good location in Da Nang. Good view also. Room is comfortable, breafast was so so, sometimes i can not it. I think they need to change the way to cook. The quality of staff was not really good. The receptionist not really welcome customer.

I stayed in this hotel for about a week at the ocasion of a scientific conference there and a few extra days. My stay there was very pleasant, the room comfortable and large, the breakfast abundant and in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I especially want to emphasize the high and friendly attention to my wishes and requests: e.g. the change of the room, because of some background noise, the help and reponsiveness with a tour to Hue, the transport to the airport. The hotel is not on the beach (which is about 40 min away by foot, but easlily reachable by taxi), but in the center of the lively and active part of the city. I can recommend to stay there.
