River View Hue

Terrible! The photos of this place must be from about 20 years ago. It is nothing like the photos. The elevator smelt of urine. The room I was offered on the 8th floor was extremely dated and I found a couple of hairs on the bed pillow, it didnt feel clean. The pool was not clean. I checked out a couple of hours later. The location is the only thing going for it.

I went to see a hotel room before I made decicion to spend time in there. A staff was friendly, but when I saw the room it wasn't great. First when I came there the whole hotel smelled so much moldy, so I think the hotel is over priced. It don't look the same what in pictures its. So I won't recommend to go there and spend a night.

The staff at ksan is very bad, not enthusiastic, does not introduce ksan services, at night I asked for nothing (including instant noodles, cakes, sweet drinks). There's no way the guests need or want anything, it's really like a motel, not a hotel. The swimming pool is deserted, there are no staff, and there is no guarantee of SAFETY when using the pool. Staying for 3 days and 2 nights, I didn't know where the ksan bar_restaurant was located, so much so that I had to order food on the app and buy instant noodles to take to my room to eat or go out to eat. I have stayed in many accommodations of 2⭐ or higher and found this place to be the worst. The staff was indifferent, did they think they were robots or something? When it was time to check out, instead of the bell or the receptionist calling to remind them, the security guard instead came to remind them, (I thought I had broken it or done something to that effect). . If I go back to work, I probably won't come back and won't recommend this place to my friends. GOOD BYE NO SEE (I have never had to come here to rate a Ksan facility to this extent)
