Sea & Sand Hotel

The owner was so rude and disrespected to older people. Room was dirty with browny stains and torn towel. It was truly a horrible stay for our family

The hotel was OK, but what really annoyed us was the miss information on their web site and how the hotel is presented on Booking.con & Agoda.com. It claims to be beach front. It isn’t, it’s a 200m walk to the beach. It claims they have a restaurant providing, amongst other things, a delicious breakfast, They don’t have a restaurant. They claim reception is 24/7, For much of the day and night the reception is unattended. They claim there is a mini mart on site There isn’t. A week in advance we requested a double room. When we arrived they claimed only a twin bedded room was available. Eventually the woman on reception helped redo e the issue but it should never have been an issue in the first place. Overall the hotel offers good value for money, but there was no need to publish miss leading information

we were here for more than 10 days. there were problems with incomplete cleaning, plus the breakfast was inedible! 4 days before leaving, we paid for a laundry service, and we got our brand new clothes back like a washcloth. they mixed the white with the black, then when we complained and contacted the hotel owner, they lied back. in the end, all the receptionists were managers and the owner was with dirty glass looks like tineger guy who didn't even know English!!!!(of course not was the owner,they lie again face to) face they thought we were stupid, but no. we moved on, we visited the embassy, ​​what should be done in this case. of course we immediately changed hotels!!!! pay attention to the fact that there are sneaky people behind their smiles in the future!!! the hotel is cheap, but liars and stupid people work here!!!🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Amd they didn't pay back nothing!!!!. Of you wanna be clever when you came tó Hoi An please dont choose this hotel!!!!
