After arriving late at night to find we couldn't get near to our booked hotel due to flooding, we foolishly stayed here. The room hadn't been decorated in ages with black patches of mold on the walls and the damp meant the paint was bubbling off. The bed sheets were damp, stained and had holes in them. There were also bugs everywhere.

The hotel was located very conveniently to restaurants and the river but that was it. We were put on the top floor and the lift broke on our first day, so walking up 5/6 floors everyday wasn't ideal after doing days worth of walking round the city. The room was a decent size but was extremely damp. No obvious signs of mold but our bed sheets were damp when we got back and any clothes left out of our bags would also be damp. The staff were okay, but not as nice and helpful as other staff in Vietnam.

It fits our family of 4 very nicely with a nice room & beds. An hour massage in your room for only 160,000.00 is a real deal! The only negatives are the ac is not strong & the mini fridge is broken. Also, we came across some wildlife..😂 a few geckos and a huge butterfly but it wasn't a big deal for us.
