Hotel , staff , food was all amazing This hotel is beautiful with fantastic grounds we booked a room with the option with traditional costumes which was fun taking photos around the grounds Lovely pool area Unfortunately we was only staying a night We ate lunch and evening meal all was amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough for you It was my partners birthday and a cake was left in our room We truly had a amazing stay Thank you

I was with my family in July. When checking in the lobby area was very beautiful and luxurious I received room 2125 with a very excited mindset. But when I entered the room I did not feel warm, moreover, in the corner of the room there was a porcelain hood that was very strange to the hotel saying it was an antique thing but I found it very suspicious and confused not knowing what this is. I asked my friends in the same row of rooms where the rooms had the same sheets. It is worth mentioning that there was a strange sound every 30 minutes from that messenger side and it screamed all night long, I didn’t know what it was but because in the middle of the night I didn’t call the reception to ask. In addition, the extra bed sounded stuck all night as if it wanted to break, making my child unable to sleep. I listen to the strange sounds and wake up in the morning. My experience at this hotel is really unsatisfactory and would not recommend this hotel to friends. Anyone who has read this review and feels like me, please click here. I hope that when the hotel reads this review will reconsider the way the hotel is served and check the quality of the extra beds to ensure that guests have a good night’s sleep at the hotel. I honestly think this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate. I loved the decor. The staff were all wonderful including the lovely young woman in the lobby bar who served us a delicious afternoon tea and then drinks after dinner. Sadly, I can’t remember her name. Our room was lovely with a garden view and then away to the distant hills. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was the best in all our 4 week stay in Vietnam. I really can’t fault it in any way. It was really handy for the railway station from where we left Hue for the Heritage Train to Da Nang. I don’t usually write reviews but this place merits one. My husband and I really wished we could stay longer. (From two 75 year olds but younger people would love it to.)
