Express by Holiday Inn Beitbridge

Went on a chance but very surprised, the roads from Chegutu to Bulawayo and Bulawayo to Beitbridge were more than what we expected, about 2km of the road after Gwanda to Beitbridge were bad with potholes but there is a team currently working on it, just go a little slower than normal. The border itself at Beitbridge was absolutely amazing, the toilets were better than the SA side so rather go to the toilet there to be honest! Beitbridge takes SA card payments if you don't have cash. We were through in 10 minutes, it was so amazing compared to past experiences.

View from the Highway needs attention. Does not even hint on the excellence one finds on the inside, if at all, it makes the place look like a 'has been'. You are better off with 'chocolate covered vomit' than 'vomit covered chocolate'. Hope it makes sense

Blankets did not smell fresh which gave me a little bit of a restless night. The rest of the room and facilities were clean and functioned well. Air conditioning worked fine and the wifi connection was a great bonus.
