Cancellation Conditions

In case the traveler cancels the trip

- Since this price is a promotional price, the airfare guarantees 100% advance payment. Once booked and paid the deposit, if the booker cancels, there will be no refund of the deposit or tour fee.

In case the traveler is denied entry or exit from the country, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour fee.
After departure, if you do not use any of the services or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you have waived your rights and cannot claim the service fee or tour fee back.
If you cancel for any reason, you will have to pay the difference in the event that the group does not travel in full (please ask for more details).
In case of booking a tour during a holiday, public holiday, or long holiday, if you cancel, the company reserves the right to collect the entire tour fee without any conditions.

The tour guide, staff or representative of the company has no authority to make any promises on behalf of the company, unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the company.
