• Round-trip economy class airfare, including all airport taxes as per the above tour itinerary. (Group tickets cannot be upgraded and must be accompanied by a group ticket. No rescheduling is permitted.)

• Accommodation for 2-3 people per room at the hotel listed on the itinerary or similar. For a group of 3, if a TRP room (3 people) is not available on the check-in date, two separate rooms may be required (single occupancy charges apply). If a twin bed (2 single beds) is not available or is fully booked, the company will replace it with a double bed without prior notice. If a double bed (1 large bed) is requested and the hotel is not available or is fully booked, the company will replace it with a twin bed without prior notice. In the event of holidays or fairs in the cities listed on the itinerary, the company will arrange accommodations in a nearby city instead.

• Meals, entrance fees, and all transportation costs are included as specified in the above itinerary. Company staff will assist you throughout the trip.

• Thai Lion Air (SL) baggage allowance: 20 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of carry-on baggage. Insurance fees apply as per each airline's terms and conditions. Excess baggage will incur fines as charged by the airline.

• Accident insurance coverage under the policy is 1,000,000 baht. Medical expenses are in accordance with the company's terms and conditions. Medical expenses are subject to the limits agreed upon with the insurance company. All cases require receipts and medical certification from the relevant authorities. This does not cover pre-existing medical conditions, loss of personal property, or health insurance. Additional health insurance is available from general insurance companies.

• Airport taxes and fuel surcharges as per the tour itinerary.

• Air-conditioned tour vehicle fare as specified in the itinerary with driver (legal limit for drivers exceeding 12 hours per day).

• 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax (service fee only).

• Thai passport and other foreign document fees

• Other expenses not specified in the itinerary, such as food, beverages, laundry, telephone charges, etc.

• All taxes are calculated based on service charges, travel taxes (if applicable)

• Fuel taxes charged by airlines after the company issues the airline ticket and the program is sold

• Hotel porterage fees

• Single-entry visa fees (if applicable)

• Guest tips for the first day at the airport and tips for the guide and driver are 2,000 baht per person

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will result in a refund of the tour price, minus the actual costs incurred.

• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure will result in a 50% refund of the total amount paid, plus the actual costs incurred (if any).

• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure will result in a refund of the full amount.

• In the event of a cancellation due to reasons other than the tour company's fault, the tour price will be refunded, minus the actual costs incurred (if any).

• Actual costs incurred include deposits for airfare, hotel accommodations, visa fees, and other necessary expenses.

• In the case of tours booked on public holidays, public holidays, or long weekends, if a cancellation is made, the company reserves the right to retain the full tour price, with no conditions whatsoever.

• The company reserves the right to postpone the trip or increase the price if the group size falls below 15 people.

• The tour price is applicable to Thai nationals holding Thai passports (maroon cover) only.

• We reserve the right to collect additional fuel surcharges and airport taxes at all locations if the airline increases the price before the departure date.

• The company reserves the right to change flights without prior notice for various reasons.

• The company is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or the bringing of illegal items beyond the company's responsibility.

• The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items resulting from your negligence, theft, or accidents caused by the traveler's own negligence.

• Once you agree to pay the deposit or the full tour price, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.

• This offer is only an offer and must be confirmed by the company after booking your overseas hotel accommodations. Hotels of similar standards are available, and changes may be made as specified in the program.

• Accommodation arrangements are at the hotel's sole discretion. Smoking/non-smoking rooms are available. Room changes may be requested based on guest preferences, subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• If travelers require special assistance, such as wheelchairs, please notify the company at least 14 days prior to departure. Otherwise, the company cannot make any advance arrangements.

• The tour guide, staff, and representatives of the organizer are not authorized to make any promises on behalf of the organizer unless they have a document signed by an authorized representative of the organizer.

• The organizer is not responsible and cannot refund any expenses, as these are lump sum payments to agents, if the travelers are not approved by immigration or the Department of Labor in any country on the itinerary due to illegal activities, illegal entry or exit, invalid travel documents, or other reasons.
