Morning Breakfast at the hotel restaurant
Visit the Golden Palace, an important historical site in Yunnan Province, protected by the Chinese government. It is located at the foot of Mingfeng Mountain, surrounded by walls and towers like a fortress. The Golden Palace is named after the golden color of the building from the brass on the walls and roof, totaling more than 200 tons, making it the largest bronze structure in China. Inside, there is a golden statue of Zhenwu (Xuanwu), a Taoist god, as the presiding deity. Take you to Kunming Waterfall Park, a public park in the heart of Kunming. It is a new tourist attraction and a popular place for relaxation for Kunming residents, built by human hands.

Take you to Dali City (approximately 4 hours) and see the beauty of Dali Ancient City. Built over 1,000 years ago, this ancient city is still relatively intact. You will see the southern and northern city gates, which have architecture that matches each other. Along both sides of the old streets, there are scattered ancient houses. There is an old street that cuts through the ancient city, which has now become a bustling commercial street. Both sides of the street are lined with shops. There are Bai merchants in traditional costumes selling local products such as Dali marble, local fabrics and silverware, or local food.

Take you to Guanyin Temple (travel time 30 minutes) According to legend, Guanyin transformed into an old woman carrying a large rock on her back for the opposing soldiers to see. When the enemy soldiers saw that even an old woman was this strong, if it were a young person, they would have a lot of strength and it would be difficult to fight. Therefore, they did not attack the city and retreated. The townspeople built this temple during the Tang Dynasty, which is considered one of the temples with excellent sculptures in Dali. Take you to see the outside of the Three Pagodas or Shanta, a symbol of Dali that stands out beautifully on the banks of Erhai Lake. It consists of 3 beautiful white pagodas located inside Chongsheng Temple, which was once the royal temple of the ruler of Dali. Built in the 12th century, the Three Pagodas were not damaged in the 1925 earthquake, and 99% of the houses and buildings in the city were damaged. Locals believe that the three pagodas are sacred and cannot be destroyed by natural disasters.

Travel to Zhongdian (Shangri-La) (about 4 hours), located in the northeast of Yunnan Province, bordering the Naxi Territory of Lijiang and the Yi Kingdom of Ninglang, 700 kilometers from Kunming. With its beautiful landscape and scenery, this place is called the "Land of Dreams". On the way, we will visit Tiger Leaping Gorge (excluding escalator fee, up and down about 70 yuan/person), a gorge where the Yangtze River flows down from Jinshajiang (Golden Sand River). It is a gorge with very fast-flowing water, the narrowest part is about 30 meters. According to legend, in the past, people could jump across Tiger Leaping Gorge to the other side, which is the origin of "Tiger Leaping Gorge" Take you to see the ancient city of Zhongdian (Shangri-La), the center of Tibetan culture, similar to the ancient Tibetan community, which is full of local shops and souvenir shops.

Take you to Songzanlin Lama Temple (including battery car), built in 1679, is a lama temple that is more than 300 years old, with more than 700 lamas living here. It was built by the 5th Dalai Lama. There are many antiques, including the most famous bronze statue.

Take you to Lijiang City (about 3 hours). It is a small city located in the mountains to the north of Dali. It has cold weather all year round. Then take you to Black Dragon Pool or Heilongtan to see the beauty of the park. It is large and the water in the pond is very clear. It can clearly reflect the scenery of the snowy mountains. In addition, this is also a point where you can see the beautiful and clear Jade Dragon Peak. Take you to Lijiang Ancient Town. In front of the large waterwheel stands out majestically. It is like a symbol of the old town of Lijiang. Inside the old town of Lijiang is beautiful with rare Chinese-style houses that are well preserved. Some of them look like the old inns we have seen in old Chinese movies. Let you have free time as you please.

Take you to Jade Dragon Snow Park, change to a car in the park to travel to the cable car at an altitude of 3,356 meters, take a large cable car up to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to the highest viewpoint 4,506 meters above sea level, where you can experience the snow covering all year round up close to see the scenery and nature at the highest and most beautiful point. Along both sides of the way up to the mountain, this mountain range, when viewed from a distance, looks like a dragon crawling. On the white surface of the snow covering it, it looks like white jade, contrasting with the blue of the sky, like a white dragon floating in the sky. This mountain is therefore called Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, allowing you to admire and immerse yourself in the coldness of nature.
