If during your travel, the group visa application queue is full, the company reserves the right to apply for an individual visa. You will have to travel to apply for the visa yourself on the date and time set by the embassy, with the company's staff to take care of and facilitate you.
The documents required for applying for a European tourist visa are determined by the embassy, not the tour company. If you wish to apply for a European tourist visa, please prepare the correct and complete documents as required by the embassy, as they will affect your visa consideration. The tour company is only an intermediary and facilitates the visa application. It is not the one who considers the visa application for you.
If the visa you applied for is not approved and the group can travel, you will have to pay the actual expenses as follows:
- Visa application fee and processing fee. The embassy will not refund any fees, whether approved or not.
- Airfare deposit Or the actual flight ticket issued on the visa application date, which is an important document for visa application. If you do not pass the consideration, the flight ticket, if issued, must be REFUNDed, with a fee that you must deduct some of and the rest will be refunded to you within 45-60 days (according to the rules of each airline). If the ticket has not been issued, you will only pay the actual ticket deposit.
- Accommodation fee in Europe If the group can travel and you do not pass the visa consideration, according to the rules, you will have to pay the room deposit for the trip if you do not show up on the check-in date. The hotel must immediately retain 100% of the room rate. The company will inform you and provide documents to explain to you.
If you pass the visa consideration and cancel the trip, the company reserves the right to retain 100% of the total cost.
The company starts and ends the service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. In the case that you travel from other provinces or abroad and will reserve a flight ticket or any vehicle used to travel to the airport, the company will not be responsible for this expense because it is an expense outside the company's travel program. Therefore, you should give the FINAL group 100% before reserving a vehicle.
In the case of those who wish to stay in a triple room, if the hotel cannot arrange a triple room It may be necessary to have an extra bed instead, or it may be necessary to separate into 1 double room and 1 single room, which has a charge for the single room. The customer must pay for the single room themselves (the company recommends staying in 2 rooms).
