  • Round-trip economy class airfare with airport taxes for all destinations as per the above tour program.
  • Accommodation for 2-3 people per room at the hotels specified in the program or similar.
  • Group tickets cannot be upgraded to Business Class and must travel back and forth with the group ticket only. No postponement of the date is allowed. In case you want to separate the return date or go earlier, please contact the officer to ask for the price again. Seat arrangement for travelers is an internal arrangement of the airline. The company cannot intervene.
  • Food, entrance fees, and all types of vehicles as specified in the above tour program.
  • Company officers will facilitate throughout the trip.
  • Baggage weight: 30 kg of checked baggage, 7 kg of carry-on baggage, and aircraft insurance according to the conditions of each airline that is charged. In the event of excess baggage, you must pay a fine as charged by the airline.

Cancellation Conditions

In case tourists want to cancel the trip

  • Cancel the trip 45 days or more before the trip, refund the full amount (the company will collect the actual expenses such as visa fees, air ticket deposits, hotel deposits, visa fees, etc.)
  • Cancel the trip 25-45 days before the trip, refund 50% of the deposit (the company will collect the actual expenses such as visa fees, air ticket deposits, hotel deposits, etc.)
  • Cancel the trip less than 25 days before the trip, refund the full amount according to the tour price specified in the program.
  • In the event that the traveler is denied entry or exit from the country, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour price.
  • When you travel with the group, if you cancel any of the services or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you have waived your rights and cannot claim the service fee and deposit back under any circumstances.
  • In the event of illness that makes it impossible to travel, a medical certificate from the hospital is required. The company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses.
  • In the event that the visa is rejected by the embassy (visa rejection), the company will collect the following actual expenses:
  • Visa application fees and service fees The embassy will not refund any fees, whether the visa is approved or not.
  • Airline ticket deposit or air ticket fee (in case of already issued air ticket) which is an important document for visa application. If you are not approved, you will have to pay the actual ticket fee.
  • Hotel room fee According to the rules, you will have to pay the room fee if you do not show up on the check-in date. The hotel will immediately forfeit the room fee.
  • Difference fee in case the group does not travel in full number
  • According to the Tourist Business and Guide Act B.E. 2551, Chapter 2, Tour Business, Cancellation of tourist trips, tour operators have expenses actually paid to prepare for the tour. Deduct them from the service fee that must be paid. In this case, the tour operator must show evidence to the tourist, such as visa fee, air ticket deposit, hotel fee, etc.

  • We reserve the right to collect additional fuel and airport tax fees if the airline increases the fee before the departure date.
  • The company reserves the right to change the flight without prior notice due to various reasons.
  • The company will not be responsible for any delays from the airline, flight cancellations, protests, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or bringing in illegal items that are beyond the company's responsibility.
  • The company will not be responsible for any lost items caused by your negligence, theft, or accidents caused by the tourists' own negligence.
  • When you agree to pay the deposit or the full tour fee to the company, the company will consider that you have accepted all terms and conditions.

  • The hotel reserves the right to arrange rooms for groups of guests. Smoking/non-smoking rooms are available. Rooms may be changed according to the guest's request. However, it depends on the hotel's availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • In case travelers require special assistance, such as using a wheelchair, please inform the company at least 14 days before the trip. Otherwise, the company cannot arrange in advance.
  • The tour guide, staff and representatives of the organizer have no right to make any promises on behalf of the organizer, unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the organizer.
  • The organizer will not be responsible and cannot refund any expenses because it is a lump sum payment to various agents in the event that travelers do not pass the immigration-exit screening, whether it is the immigration office or the labor department of every country in the tour program due to illegal actions, escaping, entering or leaving the country, incorrect travel documents or being rejected in other cases.
