• In case the traveler requires special assistance, such as using a wheelchair, please inform the company at least 14 days before the trip. Otherwise, the company cannot arrange in advance.
• The tour guide, staff and representatives of the organizer have no right to make any promises on behalf of the organizer. There is only a document signed by an authorized person of the organizer.
• The organizer will not be responsible and cannot refund any expenses because it is a lump sum payment to the agents.
