Ritz Plaza

I spend two nights in this small hotel just outside center of Gunsan. Location is great if you like peaceful area small lake with 5km track around is nice relaxing area. Room was nice size and clean. Bathroom is spacious. Heating and cooling system is very noisy at least winter time. Generally hotel needs urgent refresh. Breakfast is ok not so many choices. Cost is not so high so you get value for money.

Hotel is centrally located and hence it is pricy as well. Rooms are bit old fashioned and not very spacious. Located near a park which is very good for jogging. Breakfast was average. WiFi connection is good.

A bit dated interior, but it felt luxurious - like the seventies luxurious. The pillow was hard but hey, I love hard pillows so that is a plus from me. The breakfast was super, with perfect scrambled eggs and properly fried bacon - not the almost raw bacon stuff served many places. The employees were polite Korean style, the girl in the bar pretty so no complaints! On the negative side, the room was very warm when I got it, but that was quickly remedied by turning on the fairly noisy air conditioner for a while. No heat in the toilet seat though.
