A nice hanok hotel in an excellent location (walking distance to all the sights). Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was rather small but that did not bother us. There was floor heating in the main room. The staff was helpful and gave us good tips for eating out. There are many restaurants and shops close by. The garden was charming and private parking is definitely a big plus.

The property is run down & overgrown. The first room we had the air conditioning didn't work. The next room had no outside light until we changed the bulb ourselves. The promised closet was a hook on the wall with 2 broken plastic hangers.The pipes in the bathroom ie. a shower over the sink, leaked whenever a tap was turned on all over the floor. We were promised free toiletries. The toothpaste was empty as was the soap wash bottle. Wifi didn't work & the owners could not speak enough English to solve any problems. So we moved to the WAY guesthouse at half the price.
