第一次入住了廈門星程蔡塘店，因為房型還在打掃他，等了很久，後來貼心的幫我升級房型，新蓋的酒店比起廈門另一個星程還要乾淨整潔明亮，但是新 展現在員工上。 。 晚上回來要浴巾等了二十多分鐘都沒送來，最後是自己跟前台一起找浴巾，這樣的服務效率太誇張了，儘管前台服務員也很熱情解答問題，但這樣的入住體驗會讓人覺得 非常不好。 期望能夠改進哦。
