Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar Experience

Have you ever thought that local food and typical products are one of the easiest and most visible ways to learn and experience the history and traditions of a country, region, or city? In this authentic experience, you will be able to learn and observe how the DOP Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena are made. We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your hotel/apartment in Bologna in the morning and will head to our first stop, a local farm that produces Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. After the tour, you'll taste the products to discover their typical flavors. After which we will reach a small traditional vinegar cellar in the heart of the Modena Food Valley to discover all the secrets of Modena's “Black Gold” production. A guided tour will be concluded with a tasting of balsamic vinegar of different aging.
