* Age: Min 10 yrs (Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult) Max 110 yrs * Single jumper weight - between 35kg to 160kg. * Tandem jumps: Each jumper must be between 35kg - 117kg. The maximum combined weight of both jumpers must not exceed 235kg. The weight difference between tandem Jumpers must not exceed 30kg. Tandem Bungy requires river levels to be low or normal. * Transportation: is available from the Station Building on the corner of Camp and Shotover Streets in the centre of Queenstown. * Cameras: If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured * Jumping with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew * Spectators: are welcome to come and get amongst the awesome atmosphere __Medical Considerations__ * We recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity. Please inform our crew if you have any of the following conditions (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from Bungy Jumping, Swinging or Zipriding): High or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy – see note below), broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or recent sprains/muscular injuries. * If you are pregnant (no matter stage you are in) or have photosensitive epilepsy unfortunately we are unable to jump you. There are no exceptions. Please note, if you have osteoporosis or scoliosis, or a recent concussion, we will require a doctor’s certificate from you pre-jump.

Shuttle service: Free shuttle service can be arranged from the Station Building, located at the corner of Camp and Shotover Streets in central Queenstown. Participants must contact the provider directly to arrange transport in advance. Travel by shuttle takes approximately 3 hours (including activity time).

Age: Participants must be at least 10 years old and a maximum of 110 years old. Children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult. Weight: Solo jumpers: Weight must be between 35 kg and 160 kg. Tandem jumpers: Each jumper must weigh between 35 kg and 117 kg. The combined maximum weight must not exceed 235 kg, and the weight difference between tandem jumpers must not exceed 30 kg. Tandem jumps require low or normal river water levels. Health: You should be well-rested, adequately hydrated, and have eaten before participating in the activity. You should inform the team if you have health conditions such as high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (except Photosensitive Epilepsy), fractures/dislocations, delicate skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks, or recent sprains/muscle injuries. Prohibitions: Those who are pregnant (at any stage) or have Photosensitive Epilepsy are not permitted to jump. Doctor's consultation: If you have osteoporosis, scoliosis, or have experienced a recent concussion, a medical certificate is required before jumping. Cameras: If you wish to bring a camera to the jump site or jump with a camera attached, the camera must be securely fastened. Jumping with a camera attached is at the participant's risk and is solely at the discretion of the team. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to observe and experience the atmosphere. Booking: A booking confirmation voucher will be received upon completion of the booking. Please print the voucher and present it on the day of the activity, or show it via a mobile device. It is recommended to reconfirm your booking with the operator within 24 hours prior to travel.
